Skill:  HSPU's / KB Swings

30 KB Swings - Half Crescent (1.5 pood/12kg)
10 Handstand Push Ups
30 Sit Ups

Tip of the Day: Be aware of your posture, it can hurt or help your training.  Try to maintain a neutral spine position throughout the day to improve posture.
