Focus: Knee to Elbow progressions.  When stringing the knee to elbow together try to 'stab' the ground on the way down and then immediately pull them back up. If you stop your momentum it becomes much more of a strict movement and in turn, slower.

Myo Turns 2 BBQ! (This Sunday 4/26)

A reminder that this upcoming Sunday we are celebrating our 2nd anniversary!  We will be hosting a BBQ at Almaden Lake Park starting around 12pm.  Feel free to bring friends and family.  There is a sign up sheet in the lobby for side dishes or desserts, we'll provide drinks and beer.
