WOD: Myo Up

Skill:  Squat Jerks 5,5,5,5,5,5

9 - 7 - 5
Muscle Ups
Push Jerks (175#/135#)

Focus: Because we are in a jerk grip, your overhead mobility will be challenged especially deep in the squat.  Be sure to properly warm up your upper back and traps.  Squeezing your abs tight will be important as we don't want to overextend our low backs as we descend into the squat.
