WOD: Flight

Skill: Power Pulls 4,4,4,4,4,4 - Working up to 70 - 100% of your 1RM Clean

50 Sit Ups
100 Double Unders

Rather than a strict high pull where we finish tall and fully extended, go down and meet the bar when performing the power pull.  Think of a clean with out the rack.
