WOD: Hayne

Skill: Weighted Push Ups 6,6,6,6,6,6

4 Rounds.
12 Strict Pull Ups
30 Double Unders
20 Sit Ups

Focus:  Chest and press strength.  Try and increase weight each time.  Be sure to keep a tight midline (plank) while pressing.  Break up the pull ups early in the WOD!
