Skill: Landmines 3x10 / False Grip Pull Ups 5x5

12 Med Ball Burpees (20#/12#)
10 Bent Over Single Arm DB Row (30+#/15#)
8 KB Lunges w/ exchange through legs (20kg/12kg)
6 Front Raises w/ Barbell (45#/15#)

Think vertical hip explosion with Landmines.  Maintain excellent posture with Bent Over Rows and Lunges! Eliminate any swaying with Front Raises, all shoulders and keep the ribcage down.
