WOD: Bear Complex

Skill: 10 Min EMOM - 30 Double Unders 

4 Rounds
6 Reps = 1 Round

Power Clean - Front Squat - Push Press/Jerk - Back Squat - Push Press/ Jerk

Rx = 80% of Max Jerk

No clock, just quality movement.  Don't rush through the movements.  If you can't carry enough speed in the clean going into the push press, then pause and gather yourself for a strong jerk.
