WOD: AbraHAM

Skill: Muscle Up Progressions

5 Rounds.
15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
5 Tire Flips
3 40ft Bear Crawls

Focus: Keep the rings tight in the muscle ups.  You must keep the elbows tight to the body or else you will not be able to support your weight at the bottom of the dip.  Hip extension in the box jumps and survive the bear crawls!
