WOD: Fletch

Skill: Bear Complex - 3,3,3,3,3 - Increasing load each set.

50 Double Unders
15 Ring Push Ups

Focus: Quality cleans and squats.  Be sure to use your legs during the presses and transitions from from front to back.  Go hard in the WOD and keep the rings tight!
