1.4.13 Hard Cindy

WOD: Hard Cindy (Mod)

Skill: Front Squats 3x10

18 Min AMRAP
10 Bar Rows
10 Push Ups w/ Feet on Box (30"/12")
15 Goblet Squats (20kg/12kg)

Keep the kettle bell close to the body while performing the goblet squat to keep your center of gravity over the center of your body.  Hips up and abs tight during the push ups, no sagging at the waist! Take breaks as needed!
