Myo Mayhem 4



What: Myo Mayhem 4 is our 4th annual In-House Competition

When: Saturday, November 5th, 2016 9am-1pm  (Please note there will be no classes)


Athletes report at 8:30am.  Judges be there by 8:45am to review simple standards.  Heats start right at 9am.  Bring a snack or some sort of fuel for your body to have between workouts.


Who: Rx, Scaled, Masters (40+) Divisions


Where: Myo!


Required Movements: 

Rx : C2B Pull Ups, HSPU's, Box Jumps, Deadlift 225/155, Snatch 115/85, Squat Clean 135/95, Push Press 95#/65#, Double Unders

Scaled/ Masters : Jumping Pull Ups, Push Ups, Step Ups, Deadlift, Snatch, Squat Clean, Push Press, Single Unders

B.) 8 Min Cap

Deadlifts (225#/155#) (135#/95#)
Burpees
Box Overs (24"/20")
Cal Assault Bike

C.) In a 6 Min Window

Run 1 Lap (300m)
then
Find 1 RM
"Cluster" (Squat Clean into Thruster)
* Power Clean + Thruster accepted.  No jerks!
