WOD: Viper

Skill: Snatch Balance 5x4

15 X-Fit Push Ups
25 Hollow Rocks
15 Bar High Pulls (115#/65#)

Hang out in the bottom position of the snatch.  This will get us more comfortable at the bottom of the squat in the overhead position.  Work good speed!
