100 Air Squats
100 Ring Rows
100 Sit Ups
With the pull under cleans, try and minimize vertical leg drive and feel like you are pulling yourself under the bar into the bottom position. Speed and positioning. This will get you more comfortable working under the bar during squat cleans, etc.
