WOD: Iron Man

Skill: Hang Snatches 10, 10, 10 or Split Snatches 10, 10 ,10 

Complete for time.
40 Wall Balls
then
5 Rounds of:
6 Front Squats (95#/65#)
12 X-Fit Push Ups
then
40 Hollow Rocks

Remember that you need to take care of your body!  Listen to it, if you need a day off take one.  If we train like an athlete, we must recover like an athlete.  Ice, stretch, work on flexibility and proper positions!
