3.26.14 Ulysses

WOD: Ulysses

Skill: Shoulder to Overhead 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75-85% 1RM

5 Rounds for time.
10 Dead lifts (225#/153#)
10 Sit Ups
10 Bar Rows
10 MB Slams (20#/14#)

Proper set up on each and every dead lift.  Brace the abdomen and lift with your legs.  Try not to overextend at the top of the dead lift but rather squeeze your butt to get everything in line.
