100 x 1 Arm Push Press
100 x Plank Reach & Rotate
100 x Lunges

We also had Jenna and Fernando do the 13.4 Open workout ...

7 Min AMRAP
3 Clean & Jerks
3 Toes to Bar
6 Clean & Jerks
6 Toes to Bar
9 Clean & Jerks
9 Toes to Bar
12 Clean & Jerks
12 Toes to Bar
increasing by 3 reps until time is up...

and afterwards they did a condensed version of "The Benjamins." (75KB Swings, 76 Plank Reach & Rotate, 75 Sit Ups)
