Skill: Push Press 5,5,3,3,3,1,1,1,1

For Time. Use one barbell loaded with 135#/93#.
30 Cleans
20 Front Squats
10 Push Jerks

Scale the weight as necessary. Don't be too narrow in your push press/jerk stance, a squat stance will give you a better foundation to support the weight overhead.
