50 Single Arm KB Swings (Left arm)
50 KB Sit Ups
50 Single Arm KB Swings (Right arm)
21 Turkish Get Ups (Left arm)

Pick the right weight and move at a decent pace, try to limit your breaks!  Keep the arm locked out and keep yourself in good lunging positions.
