WOD: Forest

Skill: L Holds x 10 (Max Duration) - Hanging, Seated, Rings, or Boxes

For time.
Run 600m
then
4 Rounds of:
10 Ring Push Ups
12 Box Jumps
10 Ring Rows
then 
Run 600m

Good day to move fast and hit it hard.  Ring push ups are a true test of your push up technique.  If you've been "worming" your push ups, you'll find out quickly that you need to keep your mid-line tight throughout the whole movement.
