WOD: The Grizzly

Reps per Round: 40, 30, 30, 20, 10
Side Squats w/ Bar
Ring Dips
Box Jumps
Bear Crawls

Tip of the Day:  There are two types of stressors; Eustress (positive) & Distress (Negative).  Distress is what you might experience when you have a large project and a short deadline at work.  Eustress is the stress you put on your body during physical activity.  Help your body manage life's stresses by staying consistent with your workouts
