WOD: The Rockstar

Skills Session:
4 Phases of the Clean
3 Reps each 10 times
20 Mins

Every Minute on the Minute
10 Bar Rows
7 Sit Ups
3 Power Cleans (135,65)

Tip of the Day: Go there in the mind and you will go there in the body.  Visual Motor Rehearsal (VMR) will allow you practice the movement mentally, helping you improve your lifts.

As they say, "Rome wasn't built in a day."  The clean is a technical movement and it takes time to get comfortable with the lift.  Patience and practice will lead to better technique!  Great work!
