WOD: Reserve

Skill: Kipping Pull Ups 3x15

5 Rounds for time.
10 Ring Pull Ups
20 O.H. Step Ups (45#/25#)(24"/18")
15 X-Fit Push Ups
20 Double Unders

Tip of the Day: When doing kipping pull ups be sure to keep the hips and feet moving.  If we stop the momentum with our legs, we are basically doing a strict pull up.
