WOD: Fireball

Skill: Push Jerk - 6,6,6,6

6 Rounds for time.
7 C2B Pull Ups
7 Front Squats (95#/73#)
7 HSPU's

Incorporate tremendous vertical thrust while performing the jerk, do not try and just drop under the bar.  It may seem faster, but when under a heavy load it will be almost impossible to get yourself under the bar with out a strong vertical thrust.
