WOD: Flurry

Skill: Box Jumps from the bottom. (No Load) 4x10 / Front Rack Review

10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
Front Squats (135#/73#)
Burpees
Dead lifts (135#/73#)

Preferably you would be seated for the box jumps so that you can generate speed from the bottom.  Choose your weight wisely and take your breaks for the Flurry! Your abs should be demolished by the end if you're using them, protect your back!
