1.29.14 Tabata Something Else

WOD: Tabata Something Else (Mod)

Skill: Back Squats 5,5,3,3,1,1

20 Seconds of Work, 10 Seconds of Rest until time is up:
4 Minutes of X-Fit Push Ups
1 Minute Rest
4 Minutes of Sit Ups
1 Minute Rest
4 Minutes of Air Squats

Go all out.  Hold yourself accountable for excellent standards... full extension at the top of the push up, hip crease below the knee during the squat, chest to knees during the sit ups.  Full range of motion!
