B.) 8 Pull Up Isolation Holds for max duration. (Knee Tuck)
C.) 10 Min of Run, Row , or Double Unders
Break the bench presses into manageable sets. Make sure you do not gas yourself out. Take small breaks and keep moving. After A is completed, do B, then C.
