WOD: Maria

Skill: Dead lifts 8,8,6,6,4,4,2,2 or PR Option

25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5
Wall Balls (20#/14#)
Toes To Ring
 then
25 Lunges
20 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
5 Pull Ups

If you can't make it in to the gym, try to create your own workout by using body weight exercises like burpees, push ups, air squats, etc.  There should be no excuse to miss out on a workout because you cant make it to the gym!  Refer back to previous workouts for rep schemes...
