Skill: 100 Push Ups for time

10 Rounds
11 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
22 Front Squats (75#/53#)

25 min cap.  If you "worm" your push ups, go to your knees and focus on keeping a tight mid-line (hips raise with your shoulders).  Good posture in the front squats and take breaks as needed.
