25 Hollow Rocks
5 Dead lifts (275#/185#)
15 Box Jumps

Stay long and lengthened out while performing the hollow rock.  If your feet come high up into the air or they touch the ground you are doing them improperly!  Keep the small of your back flat on the ground and keep a rhythm.
