5.7.14 Floor It

WOD: Floor It

Skill: Overhead Squats 10,10,7,7,7,7

E.M.O.M.
Odd Minutes: 10 Double Unders then 75 Hand to Elbow Planks
Even Minutes: 10 Double Unders then 75 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

Start each minute with jump rope then as many hand to elbow planks until that minute is up.  Another 10 Double Unders then as many Wall Balls in that minute until the next minute starts.  Continue until 75 reps of each are completed...
