Women's Rx: 113, 123, 133, 143, 163
Women's Scaled: 65, 75, 85, 103, 113
The goal is to perform 20 cleans. If you fail a rep, return back to the start of the ladder and work back up to heavier weight. Keep the elbows high and outside!
