Skill: Handstand Practice

30 Min EMOM.
10 Minutes - 3 Power Snatches on the minute (135#/83#)
10 Minutes - 4 Front Rack Walking Lunges on the minute (115#/73#)
10 Minutes - 5 Strict Pull Ups on the minute

Focus on a good shrug and high pull.  The bar should travel on a straight line all the way up to it's apex.  Avoid pressing it up!
