WOD: Desperado

Skill: Pull Ups - 12,12,12,12,12 - Kipping, Butterfly, or Strength Progression

4 Rounds.
20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
20 Russian KB Swings (28kg/20kg)
(2) 15ft Rope Climbs

Focus: Working pull up technique.  Grip strength and proper utilization of the shoulders, lats, and hips.  WOD is working more grip and hip speed.  Shoot for sub 10 minutes!
