The CrossFit Open is around the corner. Starting Thursday, February 26th CrossFit will announce a workout every Thursday for 5 weeks. We will have until Monday to complete the workout and submit a score. To participate for the Open it is $20 and you can register here.

This is a great opportunity to test your current level of fitness. We don't need to change anything in our training; if we've been consistent and put in the hard work we should be ready to go.
We will retest these workouts in the upcoming months after working on weaknesses to find improvement. Standards are strict so when they say "Toes to Bar" you obviously need to get both of your toes to the bar at the same time for the rep to count. If you get "no repped" don't get angry, just keep going and make sure that every rep counts from then on!
During the 5 weeks give yourself the best opportunity to perform well. Get plenty of rest, eat clean, hydrate, mobilize, and have a plan of attack. Find what day works best for you and get here with enough time to warm up.
