1 Pull Up - 10 Back Squats (165#/123#)
2 Pull Ups - 9 Back Squats
3 Pull Ups - 8 Back Squats
4 Pull Ups - 7 Back Squats
5 Pull Ups - 6 Back Squats
6 Pull Ups - 5 Back Squats
7 Pull Ups - 4 Back Squats
8 Pull Ups - 3 Back Squats
9 Pull Ups - 2 Back Squats 
10 Pull Ups - 1 Back Squat

Break up the HSPU's if needed for quality control. "Two big jumps" for the clean and jerk to get the barbell on your back!
