Skill: American KB Swings / Sledgehammer Review / Sit Up Stand Ups

100 American KB Swings (20kg/12kg)
100 Double Unders
100 Sledgehammers 
100 Back Squats w/ Bar (45#/33#)

Get the back involved at the top of the KB swing, good extension towards the ceiling and lock out those elbows.  Not too fast of a pace with the back squats, stay in control and work good depth!
