11.30.13 Timber

WOD: Timber

Skill:  Front Squat 5x5


5 Rounds for time.
10 Pull Ups
3 Bear Crawls
20 Sit Ups

Keep the elbows up and the abs tight during the squat.  Lower the weight slow and under control and explode vertically. Keep the hips low and the hips square while doing the bear crawls.
