11.5.13 X-Men

WOD: X-Men

Skill: Clean & Jerk 5,5,5,5,5 or work up to 1RM

10 Min AMRAP
6 Dead lift High Pulls (95#/65#)
8 X-Fit Push Ups
10 KB Slashers (16kg/8kg)

Make sure your set up position is set every time before you dead lift.  It is extremely difficult to make adjustments mid lift.  While doing the C&J's make sure you are set before you jerk, do not rush it!
