Skill: Overhead Squats 5,5,3,3,3,1,1,1,1

4 Rounds w/ a 15 Min Cap.

10 Push Jerks (95#/73#)
10 Cal Row
10 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Focus: Overhead stability.  Slow and controlled in the decent.  Elbows must remain locked out.  Need to move fast and limit the breaks during the WOD in order to finish under the cap.
