4.16.15 Thumper

WOD: Thumper

Skill: Handstand Practice - 15 mins - Holds, Walks, HSPU

For time. (20 Min CAP)

25 Pull Ups - 5 Ring Dips

20 Pull Ups - 10 Ring Dips
15 Pull Ups - 15 Ring Dips
10 Pull Ups - 20 Ring Dips
5 Pull Ups - 25 Ring Dips

Focus:  Work the handstand progressions.  Keeping the arms locked out is paramount to a successful handstand.  If there is any bend in the elbow it will make it very challenging to stabilize.  Upper body blast for the WOD, break 'em up early!

Reminder that we are having a Myo Turns 2 BBQ at Almaden Lake Park on Sunday, April 26th @ 12pm - 4pm.  We have the Quicksilver Picnic area reserved (Located near the Winfield entrance).  We'll play some horseshoes, bocce ball, corn hole, etc. Feel free to bring by a side dish or dessert.  There will be a sign up sheet in the lobby.  We all hope you can make it to celebrate our 2nd anniversary!
