Focus: Stringing together muscle ups. Keep the lower half tight to allow maximum use of the hips and legs! If you are still learning the kip, start in a dead hang and try to push yourself away from the bar with your shoulders and not a swing of the legs. Elbows high and a tight mid-line are a must for the front racked lunges.
