WOD: Passage

Skill: Hanging High Pulls 7x3

For time.
75 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
150 Lunges

Focus: Timing, position, and bar path in the High Pulls.  An excellent drill to keep the bar tight to the body!  Break up the reps early in the WOD!
