WOD: Baseline From Hell (Mod)

Skill: Hang Power Cleans 

4 Rounds.
100 Double Unders
10 Pull Ups
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
40 Air Squats

Focus: Keep the bar tight into the rack.  If you feel the bar crashing into you, catch it higher or create just enough space to get into the proper position (less pull). 20 Min time cap in the WOD.
