5.26.15 Dub's

WOD: Dub's

Skill: Candlestick Squats (Alternating) 5x8

16 Min AMRAP
20 DB Snatches (30#/20#)
20 DB Lunges 
20 Russian Twists w/DB

Focus: 'Candlesticks' are a rolling pistol squat.  Use the gymnastics hollow position and create a big load onto your upper back, build momentum and feel as if you are doing a somersault forward. Stabilize on one leg and explode out of the bottom into a standing position.
