WOD: NRG

Skill:  Tire Flips / Tire Plyos

3 Rounds for time.
16 X-Fit Push Ups
2 x OH Walk w/ Plate (45#/25#)
12 American KB Swings (32kg/12kg)
2 x Farmer's Carry - Plate Holds (35#/10#)
10 Pistol Squats

Stay close and hug the tire.  Lifting with your hands and arms will create unnecessary strain in the forearms.  Use your legs and keep your hips below your shoulders!
