WOD: Full Frontal

Skill: Front Squat - Working up to heavy 3 Reps

3 Rounds for time.
10 Front Squats (115#/65#)
2 Bear Crawls
20 Triceps Up Downs
1 Lap w/ Med Ball (16#/10#)

Tip of the Day: Exaggerate the elbows forward and keep the core very tight to maintain proper front squat posture.  Stay heavy in the heels during the duration of the squat.
