WOD: Blue Lagoon

Skill: Pistol Squats 20,20,20,20 (Alternating)

5 Rounds for time.
12 Pull Ups
20 American KB Swings (24kg/16kg)

Focus: Single leg stability.  Mobility in the hips and ankles.  Be sure they are nice and loose!  Speed and minimal breaks in the WOD, choose your weight accordingly.
