3.24.15 Zimmster

WOD: Zimmster (Happy Birthday Nick!)

Skill: Front Squats

3 Rounds.
25 Push Ups
25 Alternating DB Snatches
25 Ring Rows
25 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Focus: Upright posture in the front squats.  Drive the elbows high out of the bottom of the squat!  Break up the sets early in the WOD to leave some gas in the tank at the end.
